Child abuse files stolen from council worker in PUB - £100k fine

MY THOUGHTS

Many Local Authority's breach the Data Protection timescale every day, with reference to reluctant Service users and their Families.

Many PAIN clients are denied their files,but after much perseverance they achieve the rewards in the end, amid the lies and deceptive status that is written in them.

It so important that you get your files, and request that any untrue material be removed.

It just shows here how confidential information can be lost, with total disregard, left on the train etc, they haven't got a care in the World.
