I would advise all Parents to get there Practice notes, by requesting this in writing, keep a photo copy of the letter.

If they fail to comply use the Complaints Procedure, and use the Data Protection method to get the contact centre notes.

You are not allowed to show any emotions in these centres,do not attempt to cuddle your Children or give Presents without prior knowledge by the Social Worker, as contact can be stopped just like that.

Do not attempt to take photos of your Children while at contact, as the contact can be stopped instantly.

AND CRYING WHILE YOU ARE VISITING YOUR CHILD IN A CONTACT CENTRE IS A DEFINITE NO.
