CHILD on life support HOSPITAL TRUST STATE THAT THEY HAVE HAD NO LEGAL FEES TO PAY, WORK THAT ONE OUT

https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/child_on_life_support?nocach...

How can a Hospital Trust enter a Court to decide a Baby's life support should not continue and have no Legal fees to pay with regards to their Legal Representation?

The Judge is mentioned, so it must be within the Court arena, so they must be using Legal Representation.

The only way they would be able to continue is if the Solicitors or Barristers acting for them were working PROBONO.

I have asked the Trust to clarify how they manage to get OUGHT FOR NOUGHT.

AM I MISSING SOMETHING HERE?
