The conference will examine methods by which evidence given by young children is delivered to the courts and how far their evidence can and should be tested. It will include alternative methods of giving evidence such as children not having to be cross-examined live at trial.

Sessions include speakers from around the world describing how children's evidence is dealt with by their legal systems.
