COMMENT TO THE DAILY MAIL FORCED ADOPTION FORUM AFTER THEY DELETED MY POST

It is the 25th anniversary of PAIN this year, we were the only Group of its kind in the early nineties.
The Organization put documentation into the Butler-Sloss Cleveland Inquiry,in 1986.people seem to forget such injustices.
200 children were wrongly taken into care, on the advice and Medical evidence given by Dr Marietta Higgs in the Family Court,stating that all children had been sexually abused by their Parents.
Her theory was disregarded by other professionals,and some families were reunited, but many other families were left in limbo.
Prior to 1992 Parents were not allowed to take part in child protection case conferences, the Group through MP's,and their private members bills won the Parents allowed in at case conference bill in 1992, to hear last week in three of our cases that Parents had not been invited to the former, was like going back to the dark days.
New Public Law Guidelines that came out recently states that Social Workers are obliged to send the Parents a recorded delivery letter, containing date,and time of such conferences,if the letter is handed to the Parent a receipt should be given as proof that the letter has been issued, the same guidelines state that children, that can understand what is happening to them should also be informed and invited.
Obviously some people that are contributing to this blog, consider it acceptable to have your children taken into care wrongly, suffer miscarriages of justice,and experience forced adoption,and your life ruined forever.
