There are a few decent Childrens Panel Solicitors out there,and we have a team of two decent firms,and when they work together, one representing the Mother,and the other representing the Father,Social Services have a hard challenge on their hands, one of the Solicitors team are based in Birmingham,they prove to be a formidable force.
With reference to one of my cases in Coventry, if it wasn't for the professionalism of the Solicitors involved, the siblings would be split up,and placed with different Foster Carers,to my amazement the children remain at home, on a interim care order, the case is far from over.
