All invited to attend and witness outcome of Application to commit a
Solicitor to prison for Contempt of Court. The intial permission to
make the application has been granted and the hearing is listed for
2.5 hours.

The Solicitor has admitted the contempt. However, the full extent
maybe challenged. Skeleton argument in response is awaited.

The only real question now is the appropriate outcome; whether by
committal or other punishment.
