MY THOUGHTS

While Local Authority's regularly breach the mandatory40 working days compliance time with regards to Service users requesting to see their files under the data protection act, their abysmal incompetence such as in a recent case where a Social Worker took case files home containing data about families and then the house was broken into and these files went missing just shows how confidential information is disregarded and the right's of Families and children are made a mockery of.
