Court of Appeal dismisses challenge from father over ex tempore ruling by judge in care proceedings

So the Father refused to attend the Court hearing, and stated if my Daughter does not turn up for the hearing then he would not attend Court.

No thoughts for his 12 year old Daughter who had exposed that she was very often left on her own.

There was a section 47 child protection investigation, it was alleged that the Father was alcohol dependent. And physically assaulted his Daughter.

The child had lived with her father since 2011 after the breakdown of the fathers marriage.

The alleged perpetrator had deemed to have physically assaulted his daughter and left alone at home on a regular basis, so how could even suggest that his Daughter should attend the Court to relive the neglect and physical assaults that was alleged to have taken place/

I commend the Judge on this occasion for his correct finding of fact.
