Daily Mail article

A high-flying city lawyer was fired from her £150,000-a-year job after a 'routine security check' revealed her DNA was held on the national database - over a 'false allegation' made against her.
Lorraine Elliott said that she felt 'gobsmacked and depressed' after bosses spotted her file during 'background clearance' checks as she was just about to start work on a new project.
The mother-of-three today described her reputation as having been 'tainted' after she was dismissed from her post following the discovery of her DNA profile - despite never having been charged with an offence.

would you be willing to take on all those falsely accused of abuse who have both DNA and soft data held on their CRB.

FASO, Parents Against Injustice and some members of FACT are campaigning to the government to get the information held on CRB records, of those falsely accused and aquitted, cleared. We would like their data removed - otherwise they all end up like the solicitor you support - with the addition of anyone with a family under 18 can no longer live with that family, because Social Services say so.

The jobs that require CRB checks are foreveer expanding at a fast rate of notts and even care work organsiations or adoption agencies and others, are at a loss when they are blackmailed by Social Services in that they will lose their contracts if they decide someone with a completed CRB is not a danger to their work and employ them.

We have been dealing with this issue for many years but actively over the past year. Liberty are doing a tiny bit on it but in my opinion not enough.

can we all work together and get something done to put common sense back into the current non - justice system so that when one is INNOCENT it means just that. Our justice system is supposed to be based on 'Innocent until proven guilty' not 'you've got away with it, so until next time!'
