How come that many Parents who have had their names vindicated from alleged child abuse, via the family and criminal court, still have their names registered on a enhanced CRB disclosure preventing them working with children or young people?
Some teachers that have had false allegations made against them,and have also had their names vindicated have also, had their livelihoods taken away from them forever, with reference the allegation remaining on file.
But if some one has been found to be grooming children in the past, may be allowed to work voluntary in a sector where children or young people may be present.

This makes the safeguarding of children a mockery.
