Another serious case review at the taxpayers expense, DO THEY EVER LEARN FROM THEIR MISTAKES, no, how many more Children must die, having been failed my multi agency failings, Teachers, education welfare officers, the Police, and worst of all incompetant Social Workers.
HEADS SHOULD ROLL, THE DIRECTOR OF CHILDRENS SERVICES AT COVENTRY CITY COUNCIL SHOULD STAND DOWN NOW.
Daniel Mother and Stepfather, should be given a life long prison sentence, but as we know from past events, the judiciary is a mockery , the Mother will possibly out of prison within 5 years, given a new identity, a large house house 24 hour security, all at the taxpayers expense.
The death penalty needs to be at least debated.for these horrendous crimes.
