It looks like in this case that DRs at Alder Hey Children's Hospital and the Cafcass  Guardian ad litem in this tragic case

may of hoodwinked the Judge, stating that Alfie Evans had no quality of life, stating in so many words that Alfie was brain dead.

Alfie was seen on Videos yesterday with his eyes wide open and responding to his Father.

I am sure i could see a smile while he was sucking his soother.

He was taken off life support last night around 9pm, and is still breathing on his own now.

Somebody that is brain dead does not manage to breath on theirs own for for 20 hours.

Charlie Gard managed to breath on his own for about 15 minutes, Baby Isaiah over 7 hours.
