With the fact that Alder Hey Childrens Hospital would not admit or deny the Fact that there was at least 2 drugs errors regarding Baby Alfie Evans i have put another Freedom of Information Requests into AHCH, asking about drug errors in the Children's intensive Care Unit for the past 18 calendar months, which will cover the time Alfie Evans was in the Unit.

Lets see if i can get some more answers out of them.

They they have breached all the compliance times with regards to every FOI Requests i have sent to them.
