I applaud Jack Straws decision to name expert Witnesses within the Family Court Arena.
Such scrutiny could possibly prevent these Professionals from giving conflicting and misleading medical and Psychological evidence, which may stop miscarriages of justice.
How can Social Workers become immune from such disclosures? Shoddy practice is acceptable, accountability is the name.
