Yes definite miscarriages of Justices could occur within the family court arena, if independent Social Workers are not brought into cases.
After assessment they often find a totally different angle and can report a totally different picture on what is happening within the family unit.
PAIN have had children returned to parents on the recommendations and assessment reports these profeshionals have added to a care proceedings case.
