So what about the many Kin-carers, they are the real heroes, having to live of the basic of finances.

Foster carers can earn as much as £700,per Child a week, a nice little earner.

Kincarers and Family Members taking on the kincare role or Special Guardianship Order, are left in genuine financial hardship.

Non means tested Legal Aid is available for Grandparents, Aunties, Uncles and other Family members that wish to take on the caring role, they can be brought in as a part of Public Law Care Proceedings.

But again if they are slightly over the threshold with regards to savings, they will not be entitled to Legal Aid, and will be forced into using their savings, totally and utterly wrong,
