I put this information request into GOSH on 13th April 2018.
They have not complied in any shape or form, and have also denied my Request for an Internal Review.
6 MONTHS AND THEY HAVE STILL NOT COMPLIED.
INFORMATION COMMISSIONER INFORMED TONIGHT.
