Rest in peace little one,will not comment because i don't know the real facts.
Lets hope it is now down to Local Authority failings?
I think the Government should debate the death penalty for such horrendous crimes,
Baby Peters Mother will be out of prison in a couple of years, given a new identity and 24 hour a day security all at the taxpayers expense.
Very little Justice, for these poor innocent little children.
