Even in cases where the Kincare or Special Guardianship has been granted, Family Members are left in financial hardship with taking on the Caring role, thus the Placement breaks down, that is what Local Authority's seem to want.

Means tested Legal Aid is available for the likes of Grandparents, Aunties, Uncles to take on the clause as a temporary basis.
