The theory of reading documentation, cannot always be taken as the real facts, so children should always been seen as a part of acceptable practice.as in the saying seeing is believing,this would help safeguard vulnerable children, i know at the moment it will not be feasible, with the rise in care proceedings, resulting in a massive waiting list, in some parts of the country, which in some places, especially the West Midlands, where the waiting list is six months..
