As discussed, I would appreciate you sending out a request for information from all the organisations you have connections with about Havering Borough and any traits that run through the family's they put onto child protection plans. In particular I'm interested in statistics about families from an ethnic minority background and family's with a disability to establish if there is any discriminatory factor that influences which families are targeted.

I hope you could mark this as urgent as I need this info asap.
