I dealt with a Family Court Case, where a Pediatrician diagnosed a Mother with MSBP, without ever meeting her.

He gave evidence within the Family Court.

The Pediatrician was not medically qualified to make such a diagnosis, but didn't even see the poor Lady.

BUT THIS KIND OF EVIDENCE IS GIVING DAILY WITHIN THE FAMILY COURT ARENA.
