Where was the Health Visitor monitoring with reference to the tragic Elsie Scully-Hicks case who was murdered by her adoptive Father, seen by Social Workers and a Health Visitor up to 15 times.

Failed to notice extensive bruising all over her body there was unexplained leg fractures present but the incompetent Health Visitor is this tragic failed to note the horrendous child abuse leading to Baby Elsie death.

This so called professional should be placed on a fitness to practice hearing via the HCPC.

If i had my way He or She would not ever be allowed to practice again.
