The cash strapped Government , scrapped legal aid for Private Law cases a good few years ago.

Which has left it impossible for the likes of you and me, to obtain any form of Justice.

One of our Service users has spent up to 1 million pounds with  reference their Private Law case, and it has virtually left them penniless.

There is a full Legal Aid entitlement up in Scotland for contact with Children issues, and with residence and placement of Children.divorce and many other Judiciary entitlements.

The Charlie Gard case highlights the misery of the system.

If  Charlie Parents were not able to get Pro Bono advice and representation, the fight for their Baby Boy could of been totally different, as being both Parents being a postman and a carer pay is just above the minimum wage.
