Judge rejects bid by council to obtain wardship over ill child

The LA involved in this originally got a referral from Kings College Hospital in London, after the Parents were questioning 

the Hospital about various things they were not happy about, one issue was the analgesia.

The LA considered instigating Care Proceedings, they were threatened with moving Melody into Foster Care.

She has a terminal illness, then a Letter was sent to the Parents saying that they were taking no action.

Then a little while later, they were given a Court date yesterday.

Melody has now moved back into a local Hospital..

The result from yesterday came back, with the Judge stating the Parents would have to mediate with the Hospital regarding their Daughters care.

It will be like if they do not agree every aspect of the Hospitals wishes, there could be further Social Services involvement, and possibly Care Proceedings.

WE ARE ALL AWARE OF WHAT COULD HAPPEN IF THE PARENTS DO NOT GO ALONG WITH THE HOSPITALS WISHES.
