Kids doctor ‘misdiagnosed vulnerable children in care’

Now you can see how children are let down by the system,and the medical profession, by putting inadequately trained profeshionals in a position to assess and examine vulnerable children, who were already a part of the Care System, to be given half an hours training in this specialty,and left in charge, was ,and is a disaster waiting to happen.
To administer medication, without having the child's medical notes, is dam right incompetent,i just hope no child has died due to this Doctors malpractice.
