This is why PAIN FASO,and FACT continue to campaign with reference to the injustice of some enhanced CRB disclosures, in many cases where there has been no real evidence of child abuse,and individuals have been acquitted by a crown court hearing,and sometimes the CPS,and Police decide to take no action,the allegation remains on file, until retirement age preventing that person from working with children young people,and vulnerable adults, in some cases Social Services decide to no action with regards to taking child protection action within that individuals family, but the allegation will still remain on file.
