Not rocket Science is it, if A Child has been taken into care, because in this case his Mother would not buy him an ice cream, what do they expect.

If in a lot of cases SECTION 47 CHILD PROTECTION ORDERS RESULT IN TAKING NO ACTION, WITH NOT PUTTING

THESE CHILDREN ON A CHILD PROTECTION PLAN, DID THEY NEED TO INVESTIGATE IN THE FIRST CASE.
