Leicester City Council have funded a project called Transitions at Leicester Centre for Integrated Living.

Leicester City Council have funded a project called Transitions at Leicester Centre for Integrated Living. We are looking for young people who are disabled or have learning disabilities aged between 14-25 and living in Leicester City. We would like to learn about your experiences with education, jobs and your family life. This means you will have a voice, your experiences and your opinions will be heard. We can meet you as individuals or in groups. We would also like to hear from your family, so parents can say what has been good or could be improved. If you are interested in sharing your views, please contact Dr. Joanna Downes on Joanna.downes@lcil.org.uk or phone 0116 222 5005.

We are only around for a short time, so grab your opportunity to have your say about what you want in life in Leicester City!

I have also set up a Facebook page called Young and Opinionated! Please join this group so you can share your views, be seen and be heard!

Many Thanks & have a good weekend,

Joanna.
