Parents Against Injustice
Ever wanted to give your views about Health or Social Care services in Leicestershire, offer an opinion on how things could be improved, or talk about an experience you might have had – good or bad? Well, now you have the opportunity.
Leicestershire LINk is an independent local involvement network for local people and voluntary organisations who want to improve Health and Social Care services.
The LINk works by finding out what people want from their health and social care services – such as hospitals, GPs, care homes and pharmacies. We work closely with the Local Council, NHS Trusts and Hospitals to ensure they are aware of people’s views and to create lasting improvements.
It’s easy to get involved, and anyone can. Your views will be taken seriously, and the more people who join, the more influence we have to get the standard of services that people deserve.
There are lots of different ways to be part of the LINk, and you can give as much or as little time as you wish. All are welcome and it’s FREE!
To help us do our job, the legislation which established LINks across the country, gives us certain powers – such as being able to make visits to health and social care services to see them in action.
Leicestershire LINk has the power to take matters to a higher level and get a response.
