Children failed again by the Local Authority, never a day goes by where we don't hear about a tragedy.
How this man was allowed to foster children with out an enhanced CRB check beggars belief..
Our children deserve protection from the likes of such perpetrators,
Another Local Authority's  safeguarding team  THAT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.
