Looked-after children raise concerns about their care

Why some Local Authority's do not consider the Kincare clause is a question i would like to ask? they have a mandatory obligation to consider this under the Public Law Guidelines.

I was dealing with a case where all three siblings were going to be placed with separate Foster Carers, all in the best interests of the Child..

Luckily due yo the professionalism of our clients Solicitors, the Children remain at home, on an interim care order..
