I think this is positive in more straight forward cases of divorce but what about where both parties wish to retain residency of their children?Would this not be seen as an extra expense for these parents then?as it would still need to go before the court and therefore could cause further delay as well as expense for the parents involved then.It could also cause further distress to the children if it's prolonged.Thankyou for posting though x
