One child saved, GOD KNOWS HOW MANY ARE FAILED, ?

Elsie Scully-Hicks was seen by Social Workers at least 15 times without taking on the serious concerns.

Baby Elsie was covered in bruises, but yet again  extreme incompetence by the so called Child protectors have left another Baby to die at the hands of somebody that has been deemed suitable to adopt, but yet the maternal Grandmother in this case was deemed unfit to take on the special Guardianship role.

This child would be still alive today it it wasn't for bungling Social Workers.
