Not rocket Science is it, due to the Governments austerity and the DWP and Governments response of contempt for the

ill and disabled with regards to persons loosing their benefits, very cruelly ,persons are committing suicide, and that includes single parents with children, logic says their children will be taken into care, as the kincare clause is rarely used..

Parents that are loosing their benefits, and their homes, unfortunately may have their children taken into care.

SO YES GOVERNMENT .AUSTERITY IS A DEFINITE FACTOR WITH REGARDS TO CHILDREN'S SERVICES INCREASED DEMAND.
