Norfolk County Council fined £80,000 over child information blunder....

MY THOUGHTS

West Sussex County Council are in breach of the 40 working day timescale allowed with reference to a Service user putting in a Data protection request to get access to see his and childrens Social Services files.

A total disregard for following Guidelines.

I CAN FEEL A FOI REQUEST COMING ON.
