Another vulnerable child dies due to the incompetence and failings of
Nottingham Social Services, the worst thing about this case,is that the
Social Workers involved knew that the little girl was being locked in
her bedroom at night,and the subsequent neglect, but failed to take any
action to safeguard.
i urge all County Councilors in the area to fulfill their duties and
obligations under the clause of corporate parent to demand a serious
case review into this appalling tragedy.
