So a Judge states that nobody has the right to say negative things about Alder Hey Hospital and its staff.

Well Sir Justice Haydon  or whatever Person you are excuse me, i am sure if you had a Family member in a similar position you would think again.?

How can poor Nursing care be acceptable in Alfie case ?

Perhaps you would like to answer my Questions?

At least 2 or more drug errors regarding Alfie, yes i have evidence.

A Nurse falling asleep on a night duty in charge of a ventilator, yes we have the evidence.

An NG tube gunged up to the eyeballs,and should of been replaced ages ago,yes we have the evidence.

A child left sodden up to his neck on his soiled clothing yes we have the evidence.

A  Child left in his own excreta, for a long length of time, yes we have the evidence.

SO BLAMING THE PARENTS HAVE A GOOD LOOK AT THE NURSING AND MEDICAL FAILURES , WITH REGARDS TO THIS CASE.

If  Nurses cannot even get the basics of nursing care right, there is very little hope for the future.

EVEN THOUGH ALFIE MAY BE ON A END OF LIFE PATHWAY, THE HOSPITAL HAVE A DUTY OF CARE.

The highlights above clarify that Alfie is receiving very poor nursing care, the Parents have enough trauma to go through at present, but hopefully they will endevour to get the culprits brought in front of a fitness to practice panel via the NMC..
