Open Day at Santosh Day Care Centre

Santosh day care centre is a social enterprise and micro provider and is holding a day for carers, social workers and service users who are interested in day care for older people and related aspects of support for vulnerable adults.

Various agencies will be represented, including Social Services and information will be available about the new personalised funding arrangements.

The open day will cover:

• Care for older people
• Care at home (CLASP)
• Funds for independent living (Enham)
• Support for mental health (Savera)
• Support for people with sight loss (Vista)
• Accessing Council services
• Santosh Community Resource Centre
