I wonder why some Local Authority's will comply with FOI requests and others will hide behind their secrecy WHAT HAVE THEY GOT TO HIDE LARGE PERCENTAGES OF FORCED ADOPTION STATISTICS AND GROSS BREACHES OF DATA PROTECTION GUIDELINES?
