How can this be so because some Private Foster Carers Agencies pay up to £500 per Child a month.

It is the Kincarers that loose out financially, they are left suffering genuine financial hardship as they do not get the same amount of money as Foster Carers, thus some of the placements with Family Members breaks down for this reason.
