The aim of the transparency would be to improve the public confidence in the Family Court Services; improve the processes of the court servants for the benefit of the childr...en of the UK. The children of the UK deserve the higher standards that openness would in fact bring. This presently has 326 signatures on it. It ends on the 20th of March.

This is a petition to amend the Children Act 1989 to give both the
biological mother and father equal rights to see their child/children
without needing to go into the court process. This presently has 598
signatures. It ends on the 21st of January.
