The Practice Directions supplementing each Part of the Family Procedure Rules 2010, which come into force on the 6th April, are accessible on the Ministry of Justice website by clicking this link or clicking on the individual Practice Direction set out below. The Practice Directions can be downloaded from the Ministry of Justice website.

The webpage is for preview purposes only and will be removed on or shortly after the 6th April. By that date the Practice Directions will be available on or from the Family Law Week site. A link will be included in the weekly email.
