PRIVATE LAW CASES AND PARENTAL ALIENATION SYNDROME

Private Law cases are a common thing within the UK,and are becoming more intense with reference to Parental alienation syndrome.

One spouse makes a false allegation of child abuse against their former partner to obtain a residential order and custody of the child.

The expert witnesses within the family courts,and Guardians make and subject their report, which are very biased to the other Parent.
Psychologists and other profeshionals also give conflicting evidence in the family court arena by labeling individuals with controversial conditions like MSBP.
My caseload has increased tenfold with reference to Private Law Cases.
Parent alienation syndrome is an emotional crime.
