I know of cases of which children of ethnic race have been in their foster placements for more than 5 years, with white UK Carers,and were very happy, until recently when Social Services decided that the child should be placed with careers of their own ethnic race, the child was taken and now languishes in a childrens home.ALL IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD I BEG TO DIFFER.
