MY THOUGHTS

This will only add to the fueling of the Governments PRO ADOPTION PLOY and aid over zealous Social Workers in their CHILD STEALING ACTIONS.

If worked properly i would welcome the efforts of the actions giving Parents the chance to improve their chaotic life style in some cases,with support allowing and giving them the chance to care for their children.
