Also put in a written request for the minutes to these meetings, and all documentation from these meetings, keep copies of all letters.
You could also request all Social Services files under section 7 of the data protection act 1998.
The LA have 40 days to comply.

Always take an independent witness with you, your Solicitor can attend, although some firms refuse, because legal aid doesn’t fund these meetings for Solicitors to attend.
