This Mother was diagnosed and thought to be suffering from a personality disorder, possibly something like MSBP, the diagnosis was made by a paediatrician a so called expert witness, that is not
adequately qualified to make such a diagnosis, but once again a baby
was removed on a police protection order.

This case had a positive outcome,and the parents were allowed to keep their beloved child, but the outcome could of been a lot different, there are many cases where forced adoptions have occurred by
the so called medical experts giving conflicting and unproven medical
theories.

The former echoes a recent high court judgment, with reference to a PAIN case.
