RESIDENTIAL CARE TO BE HIT BY LOCAL AUTHORITY CUTS

The quality of residential care hit by Local Authority cuts is an absolute disgrace, again this will effect the children that are in in the care system and reside in these homes.

The LA cuts could be down to the alarmingly high amount of Care Proceedings that are being instigated by Social Services, more of the taxpayers money wasted. One Local Authority have already dropped 500 cases regarding Child protection issues via the Family Courts.

The question is should any of these cases of been instigated at all, by profeshionals sticking their noses into Families,that didn't require any intervention at all?
